Erpresst die EU-Generaldirektion Handel Afrika?
Im November soll in Abidjan der nächste EU-Afrika-Gipfel stattfinden. Dieser braucht eine Vision des friedlichen und legalen Mit- und Füreinander. Das kann nur der Aufbau einer selbsttragenden Wirtschaftsentwicklung in Afrika sein. Die Entwicklungszusammenarbeit hat dabei eine katalytische Funktion, entscheidend sind aber Privatinvestitionen. Hier ist es empfehlenswert sich selber zu befragen: Was können und sollen wir ändern, was im beiderseitigen Interesse liegt? Als Beispiel sollen die Wirtschaftspartnerschaftsabkommen der EU mit Afrikanischen Ländern bzw. Ländergruppen genannt werden.
