During her stay, Dr Woo will contribute to an IDOS knowledge product on Korea’s ODA to Central Asia, highlighting its context, strategy, and policy implications. She will also coordinate the second IDOS-KDI annual seminar on climate development cooperation.
From July to October, IDOS is pleased to host Dr Hyeyoung Woo from the Korea Development Institute (KDI) as a guest researcher in the Inter- and Transnational Cooperation team.
Dr Woo is a specialist in the Evaluation Team at the Center for International Development (CID) at KDI. She has led research on ODA effectiveness and evaluation, based on her rich experience in managing and evaluating Knowledge Sharing Programs (KSP). Her recent work focuses on climate ODA and trends and strategies for global ODA in Central Asia.
IDOS looks forward to strengthening exchange and collaboration with KDI through her stay!
