The online event is organised by the iStart Team of the University of Bonn as an opportunity for students to meet and network with English-speaking employers from the Bonn region. This year, IDOS is one of them.
The event, which is taking place on 16 May 2025, focuses on career entry opportunities for students in and around Bonn. Against this background, Dr Simone Christ, Head of the Postgraduate Programme for Sustainability Cooperation (PGP), and Tanja Vogel, Head of Communications, will represent IDOS and its Postgraduate Programme.
The PGP enhances the competence of master’s graduates aspiring to a career in international cooperation for development and sustainability and offers a comprehensive 360-degree perspective on global cooperation. Participants learn competences for partnership-based cooperation and gain a foundation for reflective and dedicated professional action.
About iStart: The University of Bonn’s iStart programme was created with the support of the DAAD’s “NRWege Leuchttürme” grant programme at the International Office. It seeks to prepare international students, including those with a refugee background, as effectively as possible for the German job market and their career start.
