At the end of November Ms. Gongfei Zha joined the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) for ten months as a visiting scholar. She is currently a third-year Ph.D. candidate based at China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing. Her dissertation focuses on Germany’s engagement in international development cooperation. Gongfei Zha has worked on India’s and China’s health diplomacy, China’s foreign diplomacy and international development cooperation.
