What do the polar regions, oceans and outer space have in common? At the JRF KnowledgeLunch, Dr Charlotte Gehrke and Dr Dorothea Wehrmann presented these areas of global importance and illustrated the extent to which they are interconnected. Against this background and using the Arctic regions as an example, the researchers show the effects of increasing geopolitical tensions on existing governance structures.
