Zhang Yanzhu is a senior programme manager at Foreign Environmental Cooperation Center, Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China, and currently a visiting researcher in German Development Institute / Deutsches Institut für Entwicklungspolitik (DIE) while holding the German Chancellor Fellowship from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
