On 20 May, Prof. Dr. Anna-Katharina Hornidge provided an input to a webinar of the Green parliamentary group in the German Bundestag.
Under the title „Corona Crisis – Global solidarity instead of ‘run for cover’“, a webinar by the Green parliamentary group in the German Bundestag took place on 20 May. Prof. Dr. Anna-Katharina Hornidge gave an input to the webinar. Other participants were Prof. Dr. Monika Schnitzer (member of the German Council of Economic Experts) and Thilo Hoppe (Development Commissioner of Brot für die Welt Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.). Together with the Chairperson of the Green Party, Dr. Anton Hofreiter, and the Vice-Chairperson Agnieszka Brugger, the participants discussed how the health, economic and social challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic can be effectively met worldwide.
