Hartmut Marhold is Honorary Professor at the University of Cologne and teaches as well at the Turkish-German University. He is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre International de Formation Européenne (CIFE), where he was Director General for many years. From 1994 to 2002 he was Secretary General of the European Movement Germany.
