Together with other members of the European Research Alliance for SUstainable Development (ERASuD), IDOS Director Prof. Hornidge and IDOS expert Dr Keijzer visited representatives of the European Parliament and the European Commission on Monday 1 December. During these meetings they shared information about the objectives of this alliance, which aims to promote long-term research partnerships between the EU and Low and Middle Income Countries, as well as exchanged views about current policy priorities and the next long-term budget of the EU.
The members of the Alliance shared their conviction that inclusive, collaborative and science-driven solutions play a key role in addressing global challenges.
