Project Starling (New York) and IDOS (Department for Inter- and Transnational Cooperation), with the support of the Robert Bosch Foundation, have launched a project entitled “Multilateralism in an Era of Upheaval.”
On 11–12 September, the project brought together a small group of international experts in Berlin to further develop its design. While several participants reflected on the crisis symptoms of the current international system, others emphasised that the ongoing changes are also often perceived as opportunities for overdue reforms. The project is jointly led by Minh-Thu Pham (CEO of Project Starling) and Stephan Klingebiel, with Charlotte Gehrke contributing as part of the IDOS project team.
