On 30 September, the Centre for Development Research (ZEF) celebrated its 25th anniversary. In this context, IDOS Director Prof. Anna-Katharina Hornidge took part in a conference on the future of global development.
On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Centre for Development Research (ZEF), Anna-Katharina Hornidge contributed to its anniversary conference on 30 September. In a panel discussion moderated by Dr Irit Itt,ner IDOS, she spoke with Prof. Ernest Aryeetey, African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA), Prof Dr Shenggen Fan, Academy of Global Food Economics and Policy, China Agricultural University (CAU) and Sanjana Rajasekar, ZEF, about the future of global development. The panellists discussed changing political discourses, the exploration of the evolving dynamics of the Global South, and the opportunities and obstacles in advancing sustainable development goals. IDOS congratulates ZEF on its 25th anniversary and looks forward to continuing our good cooperation.
