On 19 June 2023, the German Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU) and the German Advisory Council on the Environment (SRU) will host the joint event „Healthy Living in a Healthy Environment: Challenges and Perspectives from Local to Global Levels“ in Berlin. In their current reports, the two councils of the German Federal Government dedicate themselves to the subject area of „Environment and Health“, which they will present to the public at the event. Professor Anna-Katharina Hornidge (WBGU), State Secretary Jochen Flasbarth (BMZ) and other panellists will facilitate a roundtable discussion on the importance of health for the transformation towards sustainability. The event will be held in German.
