We are excited to announce the start of the application phase for the Shaping Futures Academy 2025! This unique programme offers early to mid-career professionals from Africa (Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia, Togo, and Zambia) and Europe a platform to engage in dialogue, develop skills, and network.

It empowers them to become future leaders who drive sustainable development and foster transnational collaboration. The Academy is structured in five modules delivered between 5 May and 21 November 2025, alternating between online and in-person sessions. In-person modules will take place in Bonn, Germany, and Accra, Ghana. The programme covers key topics such as Just Transition Management, Tackling Multidimensional Inequality as well as Citizenship & Democracy. Both in-person modules include a dedicated leadership component, and participants receive individual coaching sessions as part of the programme.
Applications can be submitted from 1 October until 10 November 2024. We encourage you to share this opportunity in your networks, and to inform and support potential candidates.
